Excellent experience today for a late lunch with the family. Had the lunch set menu for the first time and it was delicious! Loved the idea of getting 3 smaller portions with rice for variety. Amazing price too. Manish in the maidstone branch served us, he was very welcoming, polite and attentive throughout. Will definitely be back - now a firm favourite of ours! Just visited Giggling Squid for the first time. Oh my god, it was delicious, highly recommend the Lamb Shank Massaman & Roti. We were served by Nicky who was so lovely & helpful

We have been to so many Giggling Squid restaurants and the food is consistently good (and for me perhaps the most authentic outside of Thailand), the value for money very good and service excellent too. Maidstone was a lovely restaurant both inside and out. A lovely older building with plenty of character and nice decorated for Valentine’s Day on the inside too. Perhaps the most memorable aspect of the this particular visit was the service. Restaurant staff were quite simply outstanding - whether offering to take a photo for us, for general conversation and in checking on the enjoyment of our meals, which happened multiple times. There was an obvious interest in us as customers and our satisfaction. A really lovely visit.

Very happy overall with service provided by Emma very attentive, it was a lovely warm welcoming atmosphere. Noey at the front door welcomed us with the biggest smile. Food was lovely highly recommend! Definitely will be returning !!!

What a pretty restaurant, and delicious food as well ! My drunken noodle and prawns & basil stir fry was so yummy. My husband had duck that was just fell of its bone, and the mushroom also superb ! Will defo back again !! The only Criticism is just the egg fried rice, the rice was hard and no taste.

We had a fantastic meal this afternoon when we stopped by with my partner and our one-year-old son. We are not from maidstone, so wasn't sure where to eat but we chose perfectly! The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The food was beautifully presented, fresh, and packed with flavour! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, complemented by stylish decor that added to the experience. We’ll most definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys Thai cuisine—you won’t be disappointed! A big thank you to the entire team.
